EU CUSTOMERS: Please note, I am currently unable to ship to EU countries. If you are in the EU, please use a non-EU forwarding service or alternate address, or your order will be canceled.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) CUSTOMERS: Those shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK may check out normally. All others, please email store@c-rochelle.com with the full list of what you would like to order plus your mailing address. This is so my team can calculate accurate shipping and send you an invoice.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: The author is not responsible for any damage and/or loss occurring in transit, nor for VAT fees or any delays from customs in your country. Also, please note that C. has incredibly high standards, but there will inevitably be small/slight imperfections considered “normal wear and tear” in most printed/shipped books (and anything with imperfections outside of C’s high standards are sold as “scratch & dent” with discounts to match). Please see below for more on what to do if you experience damage or loss by the carrier.

NON-EVENT PREORDER INFO: All future EBOOK pre-orders will be offered direct in my store as well as on Amazon (with the direct option coming down on release day, because of KU requirements). Signed paperback pre-orders (with related SFW and NSFW art prints) will also be available, starting about a month prior to release day. What happens if my package is lost in transit or arrives damaged?

We are not responsible for packages after handing off to USPS, UPS or any other carrier. 

If you think your package has been lost or was damaged beyond use in transit, you will need to contact the postal carrier and file a claim. The postal carriers are liable for lost and damaged packages. The claim must be initiated by the recipient.

When your lost-package claim is approved, you can reach us by email at store@c-rochelle.com if you need further assistance (but please keep in mind, there is only so much we can do when it is the carrier at fault).

If you believe the damage was caused prior to shipping, please remember that slight, normal wear and tear damage (think scuffs, minor scratches in the foiling, slightly bent pages/edges or dented spines/corners, etc.), are considered cosmetic and the book will not be exchanged, discounted or refunded.  Books sometimes arrive from the printer with slight imperfections, but we always do our best to pick the best options from the batch.

If the damage is significant and somehow occurred and/or was overlooked during our packing (and was NOT sustained while in the possession of the postal carrier or in the possession of the recipient), we may be able to send you a replacement depending on our inventory and the extent of the damage.  The notice and pictures of damage must be reported within three days of the delivery of the box to store@c-rochelle.com.

We reserve the right to request that the original book be destroyed or returned BEFORE a replacement is sent. Replacements can only be applied once per order and are sent at the discretion of C. Rochelle and her team.
